Submit your abstract for an oral presentation, and get a chance to be selected for a 5 minute pitch presentation about your research on the main stage. Selected speakers get their conference attendance ticket free of charge (dinner not included)!
Poster Presentations at CESPE Conference 2025 – NOW CLOSED
Our event gives ample time to showcase your research through poster presentations during coffee and lunch breaks.
Note: Poster presenters from UGent are required to use the official UGent templates for their posters, which can be found here.
Deadline for submitting an abstract for a pitch presentation and a poster abstract was September 1st 2025.
