Poster Presentations at CESPE Conference 2025
Our event gives ample time to showcase your research through poster presentations during coffee and lunch breaks. Please submit your abstract for a poster presentation to Mark.Gontsarik@UGent.be using our template at the bottom of this page.
Note: Poster presenters from UGent are required to use the official UGent templates for their posters, which can be found here.
Deadline for submitting a poster abstract is September 1st 2025.
Oral Presentations (5 min Pitch) at CESPE Conference 2025
Submit your abstract for an oral presentation, and get a chance to be selected for a 5 minute pitch presentation about your research on the main stage. Selected speakers get their conference attendance ticket free of charge (dinner not included)! Please submit your pitch abstracts to Mark.Gontsarik@UGent.be using our template below.
Deadline for submitting an abstract for a pitch presentation is August 4th 2025.
