Registrations for our 5th annual edition of the CESPE Conference on 28th September 2026 are now open! This edition will be in tandem with the 13th pan-European Science Conference on QbD & PAT (EuPAT 13).
The CESPE conference will start with an industry focused morning session including lectures related to ‘PAT in Practice: Implementation Challenges, Measurable Impact and Real Outcomes‘. In the afternoon, a workshop session is planned to showcase the latest equipment and technologies in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. This includes an exclusive look at the advanced infrastructure of the new core facility: The Nucleus. In between and after the sessions there will be plenty of time for networking, not only among CESPE members but also with EuPAT conference attendees. Networking will be supported by posters and booths (see sponsorship packages).
This will be the first conference to be held at the Nucleus, a cutting-edge multifunctional building located at the heart of Tech Lane Ghent Science Park that is designed as a vibrant hub for innovation and collaboration. Attend our conference to get a tour in the building and discover the possibilities that its infrastructure has for you.
This conference is in tandem with the EuPAT 13 conference which includes three additional lecture sessions on 29th and 30th September and a dinner. The sessions will focus on n how batch, mini-batch and continuous manufacturing platforms, combined with end-to-end integration, automation and digitalization, are transforming the way drug substances and drug products are developed and produced. Particular emphasis will be placed on integrated development–manufacturing platforms, self-driving laboratories, and disruptive manufacturing concepts, including point-of-care and decentralized production technologies.
