We are proud to invite you to our 5th annual edition of CESPE Conference! This year our event takes place at the Nucleus Ghent, in tandem with the 13th pan-European Science Conference on QbD & PAT (EuPAT 13).
The EuPAT13-CESPE Conference 2026 will bring together researchers and professionals from across academia, industry, and regulatory bodies to explore the next generation of intelligent, integrated and autonomous pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
This year’s theme is:
Intelligent, Integrated and Autonomous Pharmaceutical Manufacturing:
From Molecule to Medicine through Connected Platforms, AI and Self-Driving Technologies
The conference will focus on how batch, mini-batch and continuous manufacturing platforms, combined with end-to-end integration, automation and digitalization, are shaping drug development and production. Particular emphasis will be placed on integrated development–manufacturing platforms, self-driving laboratories, and disruptive manufacturing concepts, including point-of-care and decentralized production technologies.
Across an implementation-focused industry-led CESPE session, a hands-on workshop, and three scientific sessions, the program highlights next-generation sensors, advanced PAT tools, innovative QbD strategies and the application of artificial intelligence across the pharmaceutical lifecycle.
